Is there something wrong with replying to complaints? Most of them seem legitimate.
The description of the VT Support message board is:
"Sellathon Customer Support monitors this board regularly. If you have any problems or need any help, please post here, and we'll respond as soon as possible!"
If somebody just says this feature will no longer be available, or we're working on that, or whatever... it would be a big plus. One clear question I have is, how accurate is it when it's working right? Do you hope to capture 50, 75, 100% of hits? What is the target?
