Alright as I am understanding this now the reason Auctiva does not want to go this route is they feel it is a FeeBay issue!

So the stance I am understanding is that we (Auctiva) did not cause the problem so why bother helping someone get out of it?
But what about the pertinent issue of maintenance notification? At least put a sticky thread up dealing with this. PLEASE!
