I am expierencing a major problem, we have 4 computers inthe same facility using auctiva. Only one of them is able to use Auctiva without continuaal problems. The other 3 may last for 1 or 2 listings before the problems start. problems are very little or non existent connection when trying to post listings. Listing usually times out?
Any thoughts?

Lord knows I'm no techie, but connection problems are usually due in some way to problems with your ISP (I've just gone through this myself). Have you tried the usual, clearing cache & cookies? Since one computer seems to be OK I think the problem may be on your end. I've been signed in for almost 2 weeks now, and sessions never time out. You might have to check with your IS Provider... Confused

We aren't experiencing any technical difficulties that would account for this behavior so there is probably some aspect of your network or browser configuration that is causing this problem. Since you are experiencing this behavior on multiple computers, your ISP or router is most likely the source of the conflict you've described.
