Auctiva Scrolling Gallery

Hello. I have some questions about the Auctiva Scrolling Gallery. Basically, I am trying to import my active listings on eBay into the scrolling gallery. But I created all the listings before I signed up for Auctiva (except for one, which is in my Auctiva account right now), so will this affect the listings being shown in the scrolling gallery?

Plus, I am not seeing anything in the scrolling gallery in eBay at the moment, so how do I get everything showing correctly? Thanks in advance.

Hi Smokin Domains,

Thanks for letting us know about this. All of your active eBay listings, including those you posted through Auctiva before you signed up for an account with us, should actually be imported into your Auctiva account automatically - and a selection of those listings should be displayed in your Auctiva scrolling gallery. This process can take 4-6 hours from when you generate your token to complete though.

If your active eBay listings still aren't showing up in your scrolling gallery, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
