I'm sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere but I was not able to find it with a search.

I just started requiring mandatory auctiva shipping insurance on certain items in my listings. I ship worldwide and there apparently is a problem because eBay assumes that you cannot have shipping insurance on Global Priority shipping.

Because of this, I am getting tons of emails from people requesting shipping quotes to their countries. Obviously eBay won't give them quotes because of teh required shipping. Since I'm requiring it eBay is figuring it can't ship via global priority so it won't allow them to use the shipping calculator.

Is there any way I can fix this so I don't have to field all these emails asking for shipping quotes worldwide?

Thanks in advance.

No I'm able to add insurance no problem. The problem is when someone from, say, Germany, goes to use the shipping calculator. The calculator won't give them the rate. When they can't use the calculator, they email me to get it.

Yes, I could pay the insurance manually but we're selling 20-30 items per week and this isn't my only job. I don't have the time to make the process longer.

There has to be a way to solve this problem without doing manually insurance isn't there?
