I use paypal checkout and I use Auctiva shipping insurance, every few days I log in to check my account balance for insurance that has been purchased thru Auctiva and I pay it at that time. I do not use USPS insurance at all and I only ship USPS Priority. My question is, does Auctiva send the buyer a proof of insurance email. I have about 300 auctions ending each week and scrolling thru the various transactions looking for ones that purchase insurance and figuring out how to send them a proof of insurance email is time consuming. Does auctiva do that anyway or is there an easier way to find the ones that have purchased insurance? Thanks in advance for the help, first time poster here! Big Grin
