Initially I was able to fund payment from my Paypal account to Auctiva.

Auctiva now has authorization to take funds not available in my Paypal account from my checking account.

How do I remove the checking account debit. If I need shipping funds, i want to manually add them to Auctiva.

I DO NOT AND WILL NOT ALLOW AUCTIVA TO GO TO MY BANK ACCOUNT!!! I now have a bounced check situation because I did not know that the shipping fees was being debited from my banking account.

Had I known that the feature changed I would have shipped later of funded my account to include those fees.

Please help...how do I change from automatic to manual

Hi i.finds.u.loves,

I'm sorry to hear that this change caught you offguard. We initially required users to pay in advance to purchase shipping labels purchased through Auctiva, but we recently updated our system to allow shipping labels to be purchased on credit and billed automatically like all of our other paid services.

While it is not possible to to purchase shipping labels through Auctiva without authorizing your automatic payment method to be charged, you could potentially prevent automatic charges of this nature by maintaining a prepaid balance that is sufficient to cover your shipping label fees.

If you would like to add funds to your account manually, you can do so at any time by mousing over the “My Account” tab within your account, selecting the “Make a Payment” option in the “Billing” section and proceeding as directed.

If you would like to edit your automatic payment method that is currently on file with your Auctiva account, you can do so by mousing over the “My Account” tab within your account, selecting the “My Payment Method” option in the “Billing” section and then choosing the desired option.

I hope this helps you understand what to expect moving forward. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option.

-Mike
