Hi SHADEAUX, its been three days now since i set up the shop and a google search still finds nothing. How many days does it take roughly? Ironically if i search for my shop name 'englanddavid' and 'auctiva' it comes up WITH THIS VERY POST in the community formum and nothing on the shop or items. Are those spiders not crawling or have i failed to set something up? Any help please. David
David,

It could take several weeks for your store to show up in Google. But Google will not be entirely unproductive in the time between between discovering your store and actually listing it in their search results: They will be spending that time figuring out how to rank your site in their search results. So the content of your store is just as important now is it will be once you start showing up in Google.

Hope this helps!
I think what englanddavid is refering to is this.

Auctiva stores don't have a way to show up on Google Base from what I can see. If you have an Ebay store then it's an easy in, but no go for Auctiva. See here - http://www.google.com/base/help/sell-submit.html

Using the Store Connector you can easily list your Ebay store right in to Google Base.

Would be nice to use the Store Connector with Auctiva some day. Any automatic listing option would be great!

Sorry to say but if you don't have an eBay Store your Auctiva items will not come up thru the Google Connector therefore when the item is searched thru Google it won't be found.

It's an issue with me too! Like you I have just an Auctiva Store. I've written to Auctiva before about this. I believe Auctiva should go to bat for all of us Auctiva Store individuals to convince Google to let the Auctiva Store individuals participate too.
