I'm new to Auctiva and don't really understand the Auctiva Showcase feature. How do I remove it from listings or just move it to another position in my listing? Can I remove certain auctions from the Showcase? Do I need to be a "geek" to handle it?

I really appreciate anything you can tell me.
Thanks

Hi Community,

Due to our partial data migration last night, we are aware that some users no longer have all of their data, i.e. active listings, closed listings, and sales transactions, displayed in their Auctiva accounts. We will be completing this data migration, which is an essential step in our growth, over the next few days. All of your eBay data will be imported into your Auctiva account between today and, most likely, Saturday.

In the mean time, if you would like to change the empty window text that is displayed in your store window, you can do so at Auctiva -> Store(Tab) -> Store Window, by editing the "Empty Window Text" field and saving your changes. Once you have done this, the new text will be displayed in the store window in your active listings the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

Thanks Mike & all the crew at Auctiva. My showcase is up and running and after losing business yesterday, I woke up to 2 sales already today...and lots of watchers. What a difference it makes!
I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that the site doesn't crash this weekend! When you work you are very, very good.....and when you crash, your awful.
Your pics are so much clearer and better than what I had been getting from Ebay picture services....big difference. So much is GOOD about your site, that I am really pulling for you to succeed. Someday, I'll talk about the bugs I wish were exterminated.....but for the moment, I am just very happy with you! :-)
