Most of the time when I'm on the Auctiva site trying to put a listing together, I seem to experience the website locking up each time. Sometimes I'll manage to create 3 or 4 new listings, others not even 1, which ends up in a lot of time wastage and frustration. I've contacted Auctiva about this and their answer was that I needed to clear my cookies etc. But I do this on a very regular basis and it has made no difference. I do not seem to experience this problem on any other website.
Would be interested to hear from any of you out there if you've experienced the same and if you have any suggestions/solutions?
