We will be conducting an update of the Auctiva website on the morning of 7/29/09 to add some improved image management features among other things. As a result of this update, the Auctiva will be unavailable from approximately 7:00 AM PT to 8:00 AM PT. I will update this thread if there are any changes to that schedule or if any technical issues arise as a result of the update.

The site update we have been conducting this morning is well underway, but is progressing a bit slower than anticipated. At this point, we expect the Auctiva website to be available again at approximately 8:30 AM PT. I will continue to update this thread as new information regarding the update becomes available. Thanks for bearing with us.

We have just completed our site update and are in the process of bringing our site and services back online. Therefore, the Auctiva website should become available again within the next several minutes. If you encounter any problems with your account once the site is back online, please let us know by contacting our customer support team using the link I provided in my original post to this thread.

I will update this thread again if this schedule changes or if any major technical issues arise as a result of the site update. Thanks again!
