We will be conducting an update of the Auctiva website on the morning of Tuesday, 3/29/2011 that will involve some brief site down time. As a result of this update, the Auctiva site is expected to be unavailable from approximately 8:00 AM PST to 9:00 AM PST. I will update this thread if there are any changes to this schedule or if any technical issues arise as a result of the update.

If you have any questions regarding your Auctiva account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab and selecting the “File Support Case” option.

Hi Community,

We are currently working to get our site update wrapped up and bring the Auctiva website back on line but some aspects of the update are taking a bit longer than expected. The Auctiva website will be available again as soon as possible but we're not exactly sure how much longer it will be at this point.

We appreciate your patience while we finish up with this update. I will also keep you posted on the progress of the update through this thread as additional information becomes available.
