Auctiva Slowness in the United Kingdom

I have been using it in the UK for about six months, but the last few days have had trouble with it in so much as I listed items but when I came to 'save' them, the computer froze and it wouldn't get any further than that. My brother came to take a look today and found that I had loaded the Yahoo toolbar on and when he took it off, Auctiva started to work properly again. Have you done anything like this, just a long shot (in layman's terms)I'm a happy Bunny again now.

I also have yahoo toolbar and it doesn't give me any problems. However the toolbar does have a popup blocker option, which WILL give problems if enabled, that may have been the problem.

I have removed all toolbars but auctiva is still slow and un workable, spoke to live help who was not very helpfull at all and said no one else has reported a problem!!

Hi,I am working in the UK and all appears to be quick and in good working order during the last few days using my slow old Pc and my moderate speed PC.

Could it be that traffic via your ISP that is the problem, i.e. is access to other sites such as eBay a problem.

Are there any particular days that are worse than others ?
