Okay, two questions here - new to this - sorry - could not find answer after reviewing many posts - I have customized my Auctiva Store yet what do I need to do to make this visible to people viewing my auctions? When I go into Ebay and pull up the auctions the listings are just as they always have been and the Auctiva Store and the way I customized it is no where to be found - NEXT QUESTION - The scrolling window in my auction is at the top of the window before my description and I would like it at the bottom. How can I change this? Thanks - Carolyn

Rick thanks!! That helps with one area. Auctiva was easier to customize than my Ebay store. As far as the scrolling window, I actually went into the HTML of my description and found where the Scrolling window HTML began and ended and cut and then pasted it at the bottom which works great but I don't want to have to do that for all listings separately. I will wait and see if anyone else offers an easier solution.
Thanks so much.
Carolyn
Hi Carolyn,

There are a couple of options:

1) You can set up an item details profile which contains the store window html. Then, when you load this profile, the store window html will be loaded into the description html and you can just type your item description above it so the store window appears at the bottm.

2) you can create a custom template from one of our existing templates and place the [STORE_WINDOW] tag at the bottom of the template. To do this, go to Auctiva -> Listings(tab) -> Manage(Custom Templates) and click the "Create from Existing" button. Then, select which template you'd liek to modify and click "Create". Then, name the template and place "[STORE_WINDOW]" at the bottom of the template html and save. When you use this template, by locating it under "Other" in the template library, the store window will be automatically placed at the bottom where you placed the [STORE_WINDOW] tag.

I hope this helps=)

-Mike
