Auctiva Store at top of Listing

Hi, I have listed several items through Auctiva and have found that the Store slideshow appears on eBay at the top of my listing rather than near the bottom as it is when I post through Turbo Lister or eBay itself.

Is this normal or is something wrong. Can I change it and how do I change it to the bottom or some other location?

Any ideas?

Yes ... you can change it.

Just go to Store/Edit Store Window/Store Window HTML ... then copy and paste it anywhere in your description. When you add this and list the item Auctiva will not add another Store Window to that auction.

Hope this helps as that is the way I used to do it but I prefer it at the top now.

I feel it gives my viewers a chance to see the other items that I have for sale as well.

Hi OJ,

In addition to what AL said, we also have a "full" view of the store window, which is set to appear at the bottom of each listing. To preview this view, just go to Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Store Window -> Edit Store Window.
