If I have an Auctiva Store do I need an Ebay store? I'm not sure if I would need just one or both. Are there any advantages or disadvantages for having both?
I like having an eBay store also. I think the Auctiva store preview may entice some buyers to look at other items you are selling, but I think most of them are more likely to stay within the eBay site rather than go to the Auctiva store. I may be wrong, though! Hopefully you'll get other responses to your post. (I'll watch too.)
Hi. This interests me too. I think you need an ebay store to offer the 'buy it now' and 'make your best offer' options over a 30 day period. I have always made a high % of my sales this way and tend to agree that buyers would be more likely to stick within ebay. In fact I want the auctiva scrolling display out of the way. I think there is an option to have it at the bottom not the top of the page so if anyone can tell me how to do that I would be most grateful. Steve
The Auctiva store isn't actually a store -- just a gateway to all of your eBay listings. So since it's free, it's not a bad idea to go ahead and dress it up how you like.
