Auctiva Store Scroll Notworking

Hello,
I just checked one of your items on eBay and it appears that the store window does include all of your items. Are you still seeing any problems? Note that it does take around 4 hours for new listings that you do not list through Auctiva to appear in your store window (listings through Auctiva appear pretty much instantly)

If you are speaking of the Auctiva Store scrolling picture, it is NOT working. I clicked on every item. When it 1st comes up, it appears as though all the pictures will be there, then it fades to an old item that ended last week, it is still showing that item in the window with 10 hours to go...it just stays at 10 hours.

By the way, I use Auctiva to list all. I have not listed today. Nothing since last night.

It could be that your browser has cached an old version of the store window, try clearing your browser's cache and see if that helps.

Could you give me one of the item numbers of an auction displaying incorrect items? I may be looking at the wrong listings. Thanks.
