I am considering opening an ebay store. I don't have the time to invest in creating a new design. Is there a way to make my ebaty store look like my auctiva one with an auctiva template?
AND
Listing created on ebay, previous to my auctiva account don't show up in my auctiva listings. (24 hours has passed!!)
How do I edit them (the ones created in ebay...previously?) so they all look the same. Obviously, my ones created previous to joining auctiva need updating.
Thanks...i am brand new....Smile

Hi,

The Auctiva Store templates can't be exported to eBay, i.e. there's no HTML code for copy and paste to the eBay Store settings. However, you probably could match the colors and design look without too much trouble.

Active listings on eBay normally have the Scrolling Gallery added automatically at Auctiva enrollment (pass the token). That should have happened to all active listings.

Recently ended/closed listings at signup will also sometimes show on the Closed Listings page. To get them stored in the Saved Listings, use the Import Listings feature on the page. That will store them in the Imported Listing folder on the Saved Listings page, where you can then edit old listings with Auctiva's one-page lister to add templates, etc.

Hope that helps. As a beginner, I highly recommend you read the FAQs and take the tutorials at the HELP link (top of page).

Unfortuneately, the only listings that show the activa stuff is the ones I created in Activa.
Should I contact customer service or does it sometimes take longer than 24 hours.

I cannot figure out how to import my listings. I guess I may have screwed up when I signed up. Is it possible to do it now?

I would love to know how to fix this issue.
Thanks for your response and taking the time to respond!

Any suggestions on finding wholesale suppliers...I have had a little trouble...do you just look for the direct manufactuerers on packages. I know people guard their sources and I understand. I just wish I knew where to look without paying some service 49.00 a month! I have seen several ads and I am nervous about what I will get for my money!

Use the Listings tab at top of page and on that page locate the "Closed" (either on the green bar or under the Folders section). That will take you to the Closed Listings page. If you show any Closed Listings, you can check-off the box on row for ones you want to import at left of each and use the blue "Import Listings" button to start the import process. Note, it can take a little while to get them imported (Auctiva has to retrieve them for you from eBay). When completed, the imported listings can be found on the Saved Listings page in the Imported Listings folder.

Yes, I wish the lingo weren't so complicated in having to describe how to do things......but, "That's the way it is.". Wink

If you believe something is amiss, you can enter a Support Case from HELP link at top of page.

Oh...and by "direct manufacturers on packages", do you mean shipping materials, or are you looking for drop ship items, or wholesale items for resale? If it's the later stuff, what categories?
I found that many people who claim to be wholesalers...do not really sell wholesale. They purchase their stuff from someone and mark it up. So, I look to see who the manufacterer is on the package, and then try to look them up. I have found that way you get the best price. I don't know how to find wholesalers. Is there a good method?
Thanks again!
