Auctiva Store: Thumbnail Images

When the Auctiva Store "chooses" a thumbnail image to display, it seems to use the following priority system:

1) Gallery Image (if present)
2) eBay Header Image

However, as I use my 'company logo' as my eBay Header image on each listing, every item in my Auctiva store which doesn't have a [paid-for] gallery image, shows my company logo.

And obviously, I would prefer it to show an image of the actual product i.e. 'Auctiva Image #1'.

So is there any way I can configure the Auctiva store to offer a choice of which image to use as a thumbnail?

i.e.
- Auctiva Image No 1
- Gallery Image
- eBay Header Image

Hi, sounds likely dllm, and that is not good !

My recent listings do not use eBay header or gallery pictures only the scrolling gallery with 1 or 2 images and they appeared to be ok when first listed via Auctiva on to eBay.

That is the 1st image was used fine on the listing, scrolling gallery, in the store and the active listing folder, elsewhere 'No thumbnail available'. That was suspect.

Unfortunatley so far I have found that such listings created on Auctive that were relisted at the eBay site no longer displayed their image in Auctivas scrolling gallery or active listings folder, just 'Loading Image' which does not happen.

I am waiting for further Auctiva support response as the first fix yesterday didn't fix.
