Auctiva trial run

I am a new Auctiva member and have not yet made a token to start using it yet, I want to get some questions answered before I start. For example it is good to know that my listings will disapear for 6 hours. I want to see how I like it before I fully comit, I have disabled the append gallery feature because I don't want to take out that feature if things do not work out. I would like to transfer a couple of listings from turbo lister and make some new ones in Acutiva to see how it works, is there anything else that will happen to all of my current listings when I activate Auctiva? Will all my listings say something about Autiva as soon as I activate things? Also can I work in Auctiva off line as I do with TL? Will I be able to preview my listings as in TL?

I would suggest getting the token and do a sample listing on Auctiva to see for yourself. I would NEVER ever go back to listing diectly through ebay.

I have heard store listings can go poof for awhile, but I've never had a store, and even when I was new I could see my listings right away. Of course that was a long time ago and ebay has changed alot since then, mainly for the worse...just try one or two & see how you like it.

Hi there georgeatwork, the free version of Auctiva does not allow you to work off line. I believe the free Mister Poster that auctiva offers does but I have not used it.
You can preview your listings. Auctiva will append a blurb to your listings.
The Auctiva gallery is a nice feature but I suggest using it as a bottom appended feature rather than the Auctiva default of top.
Also get rid of your email address on here! Unless you want spam email NEVER post a direct link to your email addy!

Yes, when you generate an eBay token, your listings that are currently active on eBay will automatically be imported into your Auctiva account and will be displayed in your Auctiva store within about 4-6 hours. If you have the scrolling gallery setting enabled within your Auctiva account, the scrolling gallery will also be appended to your listings during this process.

No, the templates that you access when you do your listings are free, but Auctiva also have others you can purchase - at least I think they do, but I'm not sure where they are. Don't worry, you will not get any surprises from Auctiva. The only thing you may need to purchase is Shipping Insurance, but that is all explained in the FAQs and the tutorials, in the Help section - but you do not have to use it, you can disable it.
