I haven't used Auctiva for a few months, and was wondering if there was an update on the software since I last used it. If there is, how do I get it?

The Auctiva product is all available online so there any updates we have done have already taken effect within your account. We haven't made any significant functionality changes in the past few months, but we have made some major database improvements, which have significantly improved the speed at which the website responds.

We conduct our weekly database maintenance every Thursday night beginning at about 11 PM PT, which generally lasts about 6 hours. This is typically the only site downtime during the week, however, last Wednesday, we needed to bring the site down to install some new hardware to address some technical problems that arose with our site.

Now Auctiva is going down again Friday, December 8th. What the heck is going on!?! This is not a good evening to go down. Right at the start of the weekend!
Oh nooooooo. As a nightshifter, I was here Wednesday night, Thursday night, and now again tonight I find I can't list

dude, this is ridiculous. 50% of the time i try to use auctiva, it is down. seriously, i would estimate HALF of my attempts to use auctiva are in vain.

Still unable to list. This is going on for days now. Please guys. HELP. The system was working better before your move and it is always working better BEFORE you schedule maintenance. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get this working.
it is very slow to sign onto your web site from google when it was quick prior to your recent scheduled maintenance. Your entire site is also very sluggish and slow at this time. What is going on?
Thought 5am Australian time, might be a good time to get things done on Auctiva - but nothing is working! Keep getting - 'document contains no data' messages!
