Auctiva Uploader

All you have to do is click on the boxes that say Select an Image on your listing page. This will bring up pages of the pics you've just uploaded. Just click on each image you want to use, click Done, and that's it. Very fast & easy

BTW I'd NEVER use the Basic Uploader again...it's always been super slow for me.

However, I am still having no joy. I must be doing something wrong.

Going down to the box to upload an image I did what you said and clicked Select An Image.

This brings up the Upload Image box.

I clicked on the Auctiva Uploader link. Made a folder where I wanted to store images. Uploaded pics no problem to this folder.

But here is where I can't seem to get any further.

I can't seem to be able to get these uploaded pics onto the listing.

The images are stored in their folder but how do I get them to appear on the listing?

When the Select an Image page pops up with all your pictures, there will be a couple of dropdown boxes for choosing which folder, ascending or descending order, etc. If you choose a folder, it will bring up all the pics in that folder. Click on the ones you want and go from there.

However, I still need your help as things are still not working.

This is what I am doing:

1. Opening up current listing that I wish to add images to.

2. Scrolling down to Image Selection.

3. Clicking on Select An Image

4. Clicking link to Auctiva Uploader.

5. This opens up new window allowing me access to where images are stored on my computer.

6. I then add images I wish to upload and choose a folder where I wish to store them and click the upload button.

7. Images upload Ok and once uploaded it automatically opens up on the Image Management page. I can select the folder where I have uploaded the images too and can see my stored images.

HOWEVER THIS IS WHERE I NEED HELP

How do I move these images from this folder onto the listing that I wish them to appear?

If I go to the Item Action drop down list and select View Listing a No Listing Found box opens up.

What do I do next?

Ahhh..I think I see where you're going wrong.
Try doing this..DO NOT open your listing page, just go directly to the Images tab and upload your pics. Do that first, seperately.

Then while creating a listing you should have easy access to your pics because they're already uploaded. Just choose the ones you want.

I think you're running into trouble by using the uploader while you're doing your listing. I've always uploaded the pics first THEN created the listing. 2 seperate actions. Clear as mud?

Me again.

I tried what you said but just can't seem to get anywhere.

I uploaded images as you said separately.

Then went to create new listing.

But still run into the same problems of not being able to get the images onto the listing.

Could you explain this in a step by step action as I don't know where I am going wrong?

Are my settings on my Browser making a difference or something?

But here's what I do..

Upload all pics
> Go to One Page Lister, fill in description, etc.
> Click on Select Image box
>>Do not click on Uploader link. Pics should be right there and visible, if not on the first page then on page 2 or 3 or 4 etc. If I still can't find what I want I will use the folder dropdown box. Ckick on desired pics and click Done.

This is all it should take. If it still doesn't work for you, you may have to file a support request. But be sure to take the tutorials. They're extremely easy to understand and very clear in their instructions.

Tried what you said but looks like I will have to file a support request.

When I click on the Select Image box the window opens up as usual but there are no pics visible.

It is if I am in a loop regarding this.
