Auctiva Uploader auto. resizes? not!

I used Auctiva last month and no problem. Today Auctiva says on screen " Auctiva Uploader autom. resizes and uploads" (even if my images are higher than 3.5mb. But nothing happens after I click upload. Why am I having a prob. now and not before? Using same camera and computer

I read another post about Dummies Guide Required and followed the community trouble shooting. I went into My Account like he said to do and under Account Settings and it worked . Thanks! For some reason my pics were over the limit of size and now it worked!
