Good Evening All!

I am by no means a seasoned veteran with forums, listing product on eBay, but I am a quick study. I have come to the conculsion that between Turbo Lister and Auctiva, Auctiva is hands down the winner. It is more user friendly and has more eye appeal. However, this is not my reason for posting, but I thought I would voice my opinion.

I recently listed about 25 items through Auctiva and thought ok this was relatively easily once the master templates were made and all content dialed in. Well come to find out I can't find my listing anywhere in my store. At first I was clicking on the link that was provided to me in my email thinking I would just click on that look over it and I was good to go. This wasn't the case! I found out today that eBay is putting 48hr. hold on all listings that come through Auctiva. I even copied the chat message where I was ripping this pour eBay helpdesk person up and down, but for some reason it only has every other line and makes no sense when i post it. The response I recieved was something to this nature:

How can I assist you today?

please make my listings appear now or cancle my account, this is rediculous I have been waiting over 24hrs to have my listing post.

Then fix it! This is the third time I have had to ask someone what is going on!
Ken B.
Let me explain why your listing are not showing

Ken B.
I see that your items are currently under indexing. Once indexing is completed, the items will show up.
The indexing process is in place to make sure that all items listed on eBay are within policies so that the marketplace remains a safe and enjoyable trading site. This is also in place to make sure that your listings are in the correct category, have the submitted title, and other correct information.

9:27:11 PM Ken B.

9:28:11 PM Ken B.

9:28:31 PM Ken B.
This is a general procedure and is same for all sellers
9:29:41 PM Ken B.
This is a automated process and its not in my hand.
9:29:48 PM insidesupply
is this because of Auctiva?
9:30:29 PM Ken B.
Oh, that's the reason.
9:30:41 PM Ken B.
I should have asked you earlier
9:30:48 PM Ken B.
about this...
9:31:11 PM Ken B.
PLease be assured, your store listings will show up, there is a 48hr hold on all third party applications.
9:31:36 PM Ken B.
I see that they are all under indexing right now. Please be patient in this regards.
9:32:19 PM Ken B.
Let me check that.
9:33:32 PM insidesupply
i feel i should get credit for the cost of my store if i am waiting to have listings posted. How am I going to be able to post a large quanity of listings, just list and wait a week to sell something.
9:34:15 PM Ken B.
If you list your items through turbo lister, then it takes only a few minutes.
9:34:27 PM Ken B.
It is a free listing tool that you can use
9:35:00 PM insidesupply
9:35:57 PM Ken B.
You can list thousands of items at=once using turbo lister
9:36:10 PM insidesupply
turbo lister sucks, use to us it but it is a terrible program. I would think eBay could through a couple of dollars at some college kids and create an application that makes sense, an application that is user friendly more web 2.0. If you are going to rely on third parties to create better applications then at least you can do is allow them to function as they were mean to be. You would think with what eBay is charging me on a $700.00 sale they would want me as a customer.

The only way to get out of this is to wait. If your listings still do not appear within 24 hours, please get back to us. We will be happy to credit the store fees to you.

Thoughs....... By the way still no products in my store.....49hrs and counting!
Respectfully, Sirbella
