As many of you may remember, we were recently informed by our external service provider that they would be conducting circuit maintenance that would cause most Auctiva websites to go down for a period of 30 minutes on 3/24/09 and we sent out an email notice to prepare our users for that down time. However, that maintenance period ended up getting delayed and the down time did not occur.
We have just been informed by that service provider that this circuit maintenance has been rescheduled for 4/5/2009 and, as a result, most Auctiva operated websites including Auctiva.com will be down for a period of approximately 30 minutes between the hours of 1 AM PDT and 5 AM PDT. We have been assured by our service provider that network operations engineers will be closely monitoring the work being done and will do everything possible to minimize the amount of outage time.
You may continue to work on any Auctiva web site during the maintenance window given to us, though we encourage you to save your work often. If you have listings scheduled to post to eBay during the maintenance window, you may wish to extend your "Retry" setting time to ensure that your listing gets posted once the system comes back online. This setting is accessed when you choose your listings and click the Edit Post Time button in your Scheduled Listings folder.
