Items that have sold are taking more than two hours to appear in the closed listings folder.

They are not updating at all in the Manage Sales Folder.

From the closed listings folder, when clicking on "view transaction", it says no sale items found.

This presents a problem from many standpoints, not just relisting promptly.

Hi itsjustme,

Thanks for helping to bring this to our attention. We have received a handful of support cases from users reporting similar behavior today and, while we have not been able to find anything out of the ordinary that would explain why this is occurring to this point, we will continue to look into the situation further as more reports surface.

I have passed the details from your account over to our engineering team to aid their investigation. It appears things have changed a bit since you started this thread this morning, but I did notice that a couple of your items are still showing on your Active Listings page even though they have already closed.

We apologize for any inconveniences this issue may be caused. I'll keep this thread updated as any additional information on this topic becomes available.
