Please know this meant in the spirit of sincere concern & cooperation for improving communication.
Please don't leave your customers hanging when you're working on a problem. There's nothing showing up in the events box to notify all of us that this problem exists. And there's been no response to my report thread in 3 days.
This problem might adversely affect final sales legally & financially.
Here's the problem:
Even w/Auctiva checkout enabled, checking the charge tax on shipping/handling box won't stay after saving. I first reported this on 11/29. On the 30th you said its a problem and turned it over to your engineers. That was the last I've heard anything. I'm holding off listing because otherwise I'd have to go in and change my listing after its posted to ebay, IF it lets me. Please don't your customers hanging. It's better to say "I don't know" or "it's not fixed yet" than nothing. Thanks.

Sorry, I guess my post wasn't clear enough and I do see a typo in there which could lead you to believe that I didn't file one. But I did file a report on the 29th & have posted to the report daily asking for updates. I haven't received any updates since the 30th and the problem still exists. So, I thought since Auctiva techs read this board, maybe they would respond. In addition, I just thought maybe the comuunity might need to be informed this problem since could cause legal & financial issues. Sorry if I broke any rules.
