Auctiva wont import my new listings (that I had already listed on ebay)

I listed my items via ebay turbo lister and whilst they were being uploaded/listed I was making a Auctiva account and it imported my 2 items I already had listed but not my new ones.
How can I import them so that when people view my items it shows my other listed items.
