We are currently conducting a site update and, as a result, some users may receive error messages when trying to work within their Auctiva accounts, primarily when trying to post, save, or schedule listings.
If you encounter this problem, you may be able to resolve it by clearing your browser cache and then closing and re-opening your browser. This may cause you to get logged in through a different server that is not being affected in this manner.
I will post further updates on this situation to this thread as additional information becomes available. Thanks for understanding!
