Is anyone out there seeing this? All of my current listings using Auctiva templates are not showing the templates. It is really pitiful looking. Any ideas?

I JUST CHECKED MY ITEMS ON EBAY THAT HAVE BEEN LISTED & TEMPATES ARE GONE SO HAS TO BE AUCTIVA.
I am also having the same problem...I noticed it yesterday.
Same here. My auctions look terrible with all the red X's. I don't remember so many problems with auctiva until last month or so. There used to be hardly any problems. Something must have changed. pksboots1
Mine too... Can anyone tell me if this is being corrected??? And what the estimated time of correction is???
I just got a reply from support that they are aware of the problem and it should be corrected shortly but it is the exact same wording that someone received from support 16 hours ago.

I notice this last night, then today my templates were back, now they're gone again.
I've just had a reply from Auctive "Support". They tell me that there is a "temporary glitch" with the servers. Nothing like a technically accurate answer... lol... I think I'm going to look for another service. Too many problems with Auctiva lately.
Mine have been like it for a few days now too. How long will this Temporary glitch last though? that is the question
