Auctive window not showing on ebay

When I first set this up, there was a window on my ebay listings that scrolled through my other items. I really liked this, but for some reason it stopped doing it. Now all I see is the Auctive logo and link. What did I do to mess it up, and how do I fix it. Thanks for your patience. wkamm

Can I please add this in here? I see the link below when I go in to edit store, but when I click on it I get a big blank page. I don't understand. Am I supposed to do something to make this work. When I edit store and preview, it looks great, but can anyone see it other than me? thanks, wkamm

Please excuse this. It is my mistake. These things are not showing when I use my AOL browser, but when I switched to IE through Bellsouth it was all there. Sorry. Now I have to figure out why it stopped working in AOL. They did an update a few days ago, maybe that changed something. thanks, wkamm

auctivajuliaAuctiva Design Team

IE and Firefox are the only two supported browser types for Auctiva as far as the Design Team knows. Hope this information helps.
