Still waiting for an answer on this.

Customer service here has not been as good as it used to be when if you posted you would get an answer sometimes in minutes and always within a few hours. I was very impressed with their customer service when I moved my whole business over to auctiva a few months ago.

I have not gotten a reply from auctiva in 13 days now.

You need to file a support case on the help page. Try it and see, it's quick.

The primary purpose for the message boards is user to user interaction, however Auctiva support also answer at times.

From the https://community.auctiva.com page:

We have added this area so that customers can discuss and solve problems they encounter, share tips and tricks, and anything else Auctiva. We realize the importantance of timely information to our customers and know that we aren't always available 100% of the time. It is our hope that in these cases you will be able to use these boards to reach out and help each other.

The primary method for support should remain the help form on our help page. However it's nice when customers review the forums first to see if the issue has already been reported or is widespread as this saves us a considerable amount of resources and allows support to respond to other customers with different issues faster.

Unfortunately support does not have a comprehensive list of upcoming features nor schedules. And the schedule changes quite frequently. Luckily this feature is so close to release that Henri knew about it. It will likely be towards the end of May or the first week of June.
