I uploaded two images in July and they have a September 18 Auto Delete date. How do I get that off? Did I somehow do this myself when I uploaded them. This was a mistake if I did and I need to correct it.

Thanks for posting your question here. Since the images you are referring to show that they are scheduled to be automatically deleted on September 18, I believe you must have made a selection (either 15, 30, 45 or 60 days) from the “Image Autodelete” drop down menu to the bottom-right of the Auctiva Uploader when you uploaded these images.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any functionality that would allow you to remove the Auto Delete option from an image once in place so, if this image is still being used in an active listing once it has been deleted, you will need to restore the image at that time to ensure it continues to show up.
If you restore the image from the Deleted Images page within your account once it has been deleted automatically on September 18, the image should no longer be scheduled to delete automatically again after that point.
