Is anybody else having trouble w/ thier paid staus showing up in my ebay selling manager?
or how about auto feedaback? mine is not working.
I am having a ton of probs w/ the auctiva site including
1. items not being marked paid, even though they have been paid.
2. Transactions not being marked as having completed the checkout process, even though they have alleady been through checkout.
3. Impossible to purchase insurance on items that were paid not through checkout.ie.by MO
I do not use paypal, I use a merchant acc and auctiva checkout w/ auth.net as my gateway.
Is anybody else having all these problems? Cause Auctiva says Im the only one and that they are not planning on taking any actions to fix the problems until the end of the year.
