Just signed up for auto-feedback and 24 hours later it was still not working. Opened a Help ticket and in their usual fast way the problem was resolved. They put my account on some special list and feedback was being left.

However, after a few days, I've found out that the feedback routine seems to SKIP some auctions. It'll leave feedback for 90% of the feedback received, but skips 10% of the auctions.

Anyone else have that experience?

auctiva is very slow on automatic feedback unfortunately because they seem to find it a '' low priority '' somehow :-/

in weekends it takes sometimes 3 days before feedback will be left after feedback has been recieved

normally it takes between 24 to 48 hours during weekdays that feedback gets responded.

sometimes there's a delay for some reason or another, not sure why, but then 24 hours it's still posted.

if a buyer asks or is irritating or something, simply say that it's going to be left within 1 week, most people still accepted that, alot off 10.000+ ebay users don't leave feedback even till after 1 month has passed due 2 worries of paypal chargebacks & all.

you can use selling manager pro ( couple ebay sites have it for free, but don't forget to take selling manager then on the site wher your selling else you get the standard feedback statements of where you got selling manager pro ) for paypal payments and if you want banktransfers or other non-paypal payments then auctiva is good, that's how i use it.
