Auto Feedback - Help Please

Sorry to appear so ignorant but I assume that feedback is left automatically for a buyer at some point but when is that?
I would like to auto. leave a buyer positive feedback as soon as they have left me positive.
Is that how it works?
Any help appreciated

Yes Steve that is how the Auto-feedback is setup. Just go into settings and hit the auto feedback tab and go from there
