Auto Feedback is not working again?

Looks like its down for me again. It worked for a while but now no feedbacks are being done and not getting email reports...anyone else having problems?

It's been working about every 3 days for me. I filed a support case and the reply was that it is taking 30-40 hours to cycle through for everyone..but it's been beyond that time and no feedback here.
