Auto feedback not working

hello, anyone have any ideas why my auto feedback isn't working? I have it enabled with cycled messages....it has been working for weeks....and all of a sudden this week my customers were not getting feedback after leaving positive comments for me.....I have to do it manually! I never changed any settings and cant figure out what is wrong

My auto feedback has NOT working for 7 days now. The tech Support people have me doing the same thing over and over and over again and nothing is working. Keep filing help reports and maybe if they get enough they will fix it??

The issue has been resolved by eBay as of yesterday evening. You should see your Feedback starting to work within 24 hours of then.
