Hello All -

We are not aware of any issues with the Auto-Feedback functioning at this time, and you should be able to use the feature while on the Free Tools plan, so it is unclear what may be occurring for you. We did resolve a prior issue with the Auto Feedback previously but it is unclear what difficulty you may be encountering at this time.

Please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site letting us know the details of what you are experiencing - such as, is this occurring for all sales, or is it only occurring for Auctions or Fixed Price listings. You can file a support case from under the help tab of the site at any time - and please provide a few item numbers as examples so we can have a look into this.
