Okay, so my listings from ebay are suppose to automatically import into auctiva's site but it hasnt imported the two autions i did yesterday. how come? and is there anyway i can do it manually?

We have just placed your scrolling store window on the update list. If you maintain at least one running auction at all times, your store window will update on a daily basis. If there has been any delay recently in updating your showcase, we apologize. Your other 8 listings should be imported to Auctiva soon and once they're imported, they'll be displayed on your auctiva store window the next time it refreshes. The store window refreshes about every 2 hours.
There's no way for you to do it manually, but you can always file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page and we'll do it for you.
