Auto Listing not auto relisting ?

hi,

I have many listings set up for auto relisting, but not all of them are being relisted automatically.

I checked my inventory count for these items (thinking maybe the inventory showed 0 available for relisting), but the inventory is fine.

ANyone else ever experience this kind of problem ?

Dear John,

Thanks for posting your question here. I'm not aware of any technical problems on our side of things that would prevent your items to which Auto Relist profiles are applied not to automatically relist when the listings come to an end so this is something we would need to look into further.

In order to receive assistance for this issue, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.

If you contact us in this manner, it would be helpful if you can provide us with a couple examples of closed listings that you believe should have relisted automatically but did not.
