How do I set up auto re-listing so that an item is re-listed only if there is a re-listing credit available from ebay?

Thanks for posting your question here. In order to set up your listings to relist automatically *only* if they qualify for eBay relist credits, you will first need to create an Auto Relist profile which has "Don't Auto-Relist based on items sold" and "The item qualifies for eBay relisting credit" selected in the "I Want to Auto-Relist if" section.
Once you have created your Auto Relist profile, you will then be able to apply it to the desired listings as you are creating them through Auctiva by selecting the profile from the "Auto-Relist Profile" drop down menu that is located near the middle of the Auctiva lister page.
