Auto Relist by Inventory

Hi, sorry I have put this in "inventory" as well, but no-one replied and the Auctiva staff seem to be hanging around in here *waves at Auctiva Jeff"

This probably sounds like a stupid question, but I want to make sure before I hit auto list.

If I make an auto relist profile and check "at least [ ] items are available in inventory" will auctiva auto relist each time an auction is over until I run out of stock (if i put 0 in box)

Hi,

I think you'd need at least "1" item in inventory. If you relist with "0" in inventory, won't that be a bit of a problem?

hadn't thought of that.

So all I need to do is set up inventory item, and auto list feature to relist as long as 1 item in inventory? And Auto relist will keep posting until I'm out of stock?

And what if an item doesn't sell? Does it know the inventory hasn't gone down?

(sorry for the questions, but i'm expecting about 200 items of stock, in various styles and colours, and i'll need to set up an auto relist for each one (can't have a blue relisting if a red sold) so I want to make sure I know it inside out before I sit and create them all

Well, it's a new feature.....

But, that's the idea. If it's in stock at or above X, automatically relist. Inventory debits should match sales, if your listings have the item tracked correctly.

With stock of 200, you can certainly give it a "GO" and watch the counts to make sure it's working correctly.
