Auto-Relist Profile

Hi, can someone PLEASE help me understand the auto relist profile. At the top the choices are a bit confusing. I want to CANCEL ALL auto-relists on my auctions, so I can relist them individually in Auctiva. For some reason, the choice to NOT relist is not accepted without checking other relist sections. I'm confused by it all and would appreciate some help.

Hi,

Try the Stop Auto-Relist button for the active listings on the Active Listings page.

I tried but got an error message.
"Stopped Auto-Relist on 0 of 2 active listings. Some listings may have closed (not). Auto-Relist may have already been stopped or no Auto-Relist profile was assigned." How can I find out if the auto relist is still in effect on these items? Thanks for your reply Danno!!
