Auto relist profile was working fine when we were using Auctiva trial period but after we signed up with Auctiva it is causing problems. The listings are directly closed without listing itself. Its been happening for more than a week. Could any one here in this community help me please.

Hi solacezone,

Thanks for letting us know. There is not anything inherent to your transition from the Free Trial to the Unlimited Plan that would cause your auto relist profiles to stop working so I suspect that they are not configured quite right to accomplish exactly what you are looking to achieve.

In order to receive assistance with this issue, I recommend contacting our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Request" option.
