Hi LoLo,

It is actually not currently possible to apply an Auctiva auto-relist profile to a listing that is already active, but that is an option we may add down the road. For the time being, in order to apply an auto-relist profile to a given listing, you must select that profile from the "Auto-Relist Profile" drop-down menu on the lister page when creating the listing through Auctiva.

Any additional questions or concerns? Please feel free to contact our customer support team using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx

ok question i have in my listing i accept money orders and checks , now due to the new insane ebay policy we can no longer accepet this option , how do i change my auto relist in my listings to say i no longer accpet this payment is their a way or do i have to go in and take it out manually from a thousand listing omg , Frown
also if i want to make it so that my auto relists dont offer money orders and checks ? how do i set it to auto relist this way , or is there no way , or is auctiva going to elimate this from all the templates and make it easier for all sellers , would be the best way so all sellers do not have to go in and change this in all listings , just get rid of it completely throughout the board , so noone is violating policies on ebay . under shipping and payment in my templates i have money orders and checks . omg how do i get rid of this bulk ? any suugesstions, help

Just an intuitive speculation, but making those changes in your seller details page, and resaving those listings changes would probably work. (in both "payment" and "master") We all might have to make these changes to seller details reflect the new mandated "return policy" as well.

Just to clarify Auctiva Mike's answer, you can also apply your newly created "auto relist" profile to a saved listing. It won't apply to your current active listing, but if you relist the item from your "saved" listings, instead of your "closed" listings, then it will apply next time you post it to eBay. (but you will likely lose your relist credit. If this is a concern for you, then you might want to wait until the "third" posting to apply those changes from the saved listing page.

That is of course...only if it doesn't sell as expected the first or second time. Roll Eyes
Some of us have better sell through rates than others.
