Auto relisting delay

Hi,

I have auto relist and there is a delay between the end time and restart- currently 2 hours and still they have not relisted? this has happened before and means that when they do relist the end time is wrong and often too late.

I am also losing exposure on these items as they are not visible?

What is causing this?

Hi there,

I'm in a similar spot. I had 2 items not sell at the same time, they both have the same relist profile, one relisted imediatly, the other still hasn't and it's been nearly an hour. Is this normal.?
