Hi keystone,

Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. Ebay has recently blocked us from receiving some of the notifications that we rely on to recognize when items have ended (among other things) in a timely fashion and I suspect your auto relist delays you are seeing are a result of that issue.

We opened up a case with eBay's Developer Support team this morning to see what needs to be done to have this block removed and we hope that this aspect of our service will operating normally once again soon.

We apologize for the inconvenience this issue is causing. I will update this thread to let you know as soon as this issue has been resolved or any other pertinent information becomes available.

Is this happening to re-posts along with the re-lists and when did this start? We run 10+ ebay accounts with auction style listings, running constantly, that depend on your service. It's more than an inconvenience to log into every single account and see what auction style listings have sold and re-list if they are not running. Can't blindly start re-listing as we will end up with duplicates. What a nightmare.

KEYSTONE...I noticed this issue Saturday evening. After waiting 12+ hours, and several messages to Auctiva ont his issue, I manually re-listed some listings, only to then have Auctiva list them. I got 6 duplicate violations over this. We pay good money for this feature, and are losing sale after sale. I hate using ebay's auto re-list, but am forced to.
mymichi--it would be a good idea to call ebay and let them know why you had duplicate violations. if they note your account it could prevent a suspension (which happened to me last year).

auctiva--why is ebay blocking auctiva from getting notifications? this has been mentioned a couple of times? i ask because clearly this is service affecting.
