Hello Rahul,
I'm pretty sure you are asking about automatic notifications relating to buying and selling on ebay. Ebay sends out e-mail notifications automatically, but you (as a user) have to make sure they have the appropriate (current and valid) email address. Also, you may want to visit your user-account profile/settings at ebay and select which types of notifications you want to receive. Notifications for payments activity are sent out by PayPal as well. If you are using PayPal then you'd want to make sure your user information (email addr etc) is current and valid also.
