Hi, Having selected automatic feedback, when my buyers leave me pos feedback I still have to manualy leave feedback, How long is it after feedback is left by the seller before the automatic feedback is left? As I might not be waiting long enough after feedback has been left. Any suggestions as to what is wrong.

Hi Klassickoi,

When the automatic feedback setting in your account is enabled, once your customers leave positive feedbakck for you, Auctiva will automatically leave reciprocal feeback on your behalf within 24 hours. In the event customers leave you negative or neutral feedback, Auctiva will not leave feedback automatically for those transactions.

I have recently turned off my auto-feedback. I loved the efficiency this created, but I discovered the hard way that if a buyer wins multiple items and leaves feedback on some, but not all, of the items, the auto-feedback will leave a feedback for all of the items. I don't want to open the "who is supposed to leave feedback first" can of worms, but I prefer an item-to-item feedback response to a blanket response to all the items the buyer won.
